Family-run, twelve years in, still local

Flow N Flame started twelve years ago and has grown into a team of engineers covering South Wales from our base in Cwmbran. It is still family-run, and that is not a line on a website — it is why we are careful about who we send into your house.

How we work

We turn up when we say we will. If we are running late you get a call, not silence. We tidy up. We explain what we found and what it will cost before we do it, and if the honest answer is that your boiler has years left in it, that is what you will be told.

Qualifications

We are Gas Safe registered under 630601 — you can check that number on the Gas Safe register yourself, and we would encourage you to check it for any engineer you let near a gas appliance. We also hold G3 for unvented hot water cylinders, BPEC, and WRAS approval, and we are a BAXI approved installer.

Guarantees and insurance

Every job carries a two-year workmanship guarantee from us, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty on the parts. We carry public liability insurance. On a BAXI installation we can offer warranties up to ten years.

Where we work

Torfaen is home. We also cover Cwmbran, Pontypool, Newport, Cardiff, Monmouth, Abergavenny, Chepstow, Caldicot, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend.
